1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of lunaby.store and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Products, colours and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including measurements for every size. Screens vary, so colours may look slightly different in person. Garment measurements are taken flat and may vary by up to 2 cm between units, which is normal for sewn goods.

Some of our product photography is digitally produced from photographs of the actual garment. The item you receive is the item shown. If anything you receive does not match what was described, our Refund Policy covers you.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include shipping and import duties to the United States. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email, and we may decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full, if an item is unavailable, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Intended use and safety

Our costumes are dress-up garments for use while a child is awake and supervised. They are not sleepwear and are not intended for unsupervised sleep. Remove hoods, hats, ties and any loose layers before placing a baby down to sleep, and follow the safe sleep guidance given by your paediatrician. Check the fit before use and stop using any garment that becomes damaged. Adults are responsible for supervising a child at all times while these garments are worn.

7. Your account and conduct

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under it. You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.

8. Reviews and submissions

If you send us photos, reviews or other content, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it in connection with our products. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share. We publish reviews as they are written by verified customers and we do not alter their substance.

9. Intellectual property

The Lunaby name, logo, site design, text and imagery belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
